Group Rides
All group rides meet at the back of the shop and leave at 6:05pm. Helmets are required. If it's dark, bring lights.
Monday Funday - Each Monday we ride to a different destination to grab some food and hang out. The ride is very chill. Like no spandex, flat pedal chill.
Tuesday Recovery - (starting 3/18) This group will average around 16-17 mph. We're pretty serious about keeping this pace, so don't blow the group up if you're fast. The point is to spin out and recover if you're fast or just get in some extra miles. Route
Thursday Night Ride - (Starting 3/13) We have 5 or 6 groups that roll out on this one.
Group 1: 20+ mph avg. DROP Route (28 miles)
Group 2: 18-20 mph avg. DROP Route (28 miles)
Group 3: 17-18 mph avg. NO DROP (regroup after Hilton Hill and a couple other spots) Route (28 miles)
Group 4: 16-17 mph avg. NO DROP (as many regroup points as necessary) Route (24 miles)
Group 5: 14-16 mph avg. NO DROP (as many regroup points as necessary) Route (18.5 miles)
Group 6: 10-16 mph avg. NO DROP (out and back on Riverside Trail) Route
